Terms of Service

GlobalTradeFX is a leaderboard showing the trading performance of participating MetaTrader 5 accounts. It reads your account data using a read-only Investor Password and computes a score according to the published rules.

We are not a broker. We do not hold funds, manage money, or place trades on your behalf. We only read data.

The service is available to users worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country (whichever is higher), to use it.

You are responsible for ensuring that using this service, and trading through the broker you choose, is lawful in your country of residence. Some countries restrict or prohibit leveraged forex or derivatives trading. If the service is not lawful in your jurisdiction, please stop using it.

The website is provided in several languages. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the English version prevails. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where the service is operated.

All information on this site, including rankings, scores and participant performance, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute advice, solicitation, or an offer to invest in any security, derivative or financial product.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. Any investment decision is your own responsibility; consult a licensed professional first.

Leaderboard data is read from the broker's servers via MetaTrader 5 and updated periodically. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate or current at all times. Delays, errors or missing data can occur for many reasons, including broker connectivity, credential changes, or technical limitations.

Always treat your broker's own statements as the authoritative record.

• You must own the MT5 account you submit and be entitled to share its data
• Do not use a Master Password with this service — it is rejected and never stored
• Do not attempt to breach the system, send abnormally frequent requests, or scrape in a way that disrupts the service
• Do not use display names or avatars that are unlawful, obscene, or infringe on others
• Do not impersonate others or submit false information

We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms, without prior notice where system security or other users are affected.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including inaccurate data, downtime, or data loss.

This limitation does not affect rights you may have under consumer protection or data protection law.

Collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
